One of my bff’s, Ribay, swears by caffeine-free living. I don’t drink an enormous amount of coffee, but my dependence on 1-2 cups a day irritates my independent disposition.

This healthy dude describes his experience of cutting out caffeine. He includes tips on new behaviours to do where caffeine used to be a solution. Starting something is easier than stopping.
